As part of our ongoing strategic work with the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College, MWM helped to rename the distinguished College of Hotel and Restaurant Management to the College of Global Hospitality Leadership, more closely reflecting the College’s commitment to helping undergraduate and graduate students navigate the diverse international hospitality landscape through a wide range of world-class degree tracks, industry connections, and career counseling.

We worked closely with the College to gather, interpret, and test both qualitative and quantitative research; interview a wide range of stakeholders, industry partners, students, and alumni; and synthesized our findings with leadership to ultimately land on the new name.

MWM’s continued work with the Hilton College will build on what we already know: They are the preeminent institution in hospitality education, training the industry leaders of tomorrow.
